Ecolimpet Shipping and Returns Policy
We would ask for your patience in any orders that you place. Our suppliers are located all over the United States and because of this, your order may arrive to you from multiple places in multiple packages. Most of our suppliers make their products in small batches by hand and to order. You will receive an order fulfillment notification once your order has shipped with information on when to expect that package.
Due to the personal nature and use of our products, returns most often cannot be accepted. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and together we will make it right. Our suppliers have been vetted to package orders with great care and make sure your order is sustainably shipped to your door. However, sometimes accidents can happen and if there is any issue with your order upon arrival we ask that you please contact ecolimpet@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
