By supporting us, you support small businesses trying to make a social and environmental impact. To minimize transport emissions, we only ship within the continental United States and our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. We have tested all of the products featured on our site and stand behind their quality and commitment to environmental pursuits. We personally use many of the products listed here in our continued goal to reduce waste and minimize our environmental footprint. Through our journey to find truly sustainably made products, we’ve done the research for you, so you can make an educated choice.

Andrew Tausz – CEO and Director of Operations
Andrew’s passions for sustainability originated from his love of food. He has a Master’s Degree in Food Science from Cornell University along with 9 years of industry experience. Throughout his career, Andrew has looked for ways to reduce food waste in the industry and encourage sustainable eating habits. He has worked in restaurants, academic labs, food manufacturing, and with food distributors. Andrew continuously aspires to change food culture through creative culinary techniques and scientific assessment of industry practices.
